1. Full payment is due when your order is placed and is required before your order is started.
  2. There are No Returns or Refunds on customized apparel, accessories or promotional products.
  3. We (Emblazon Point LLC) will not be held responsible for undetected errors on a final design that has been approved by you. Alterations requested by you after a final design has been approved may incur additional charges.
  4. Cancellation prior to customization is subject to a 20% restock/cancel fee. Once items are customized there are no refunds.
  5. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages to your provided garments or articles. In the event damage should occur we may at our discretion offer to replace exchange or buy the item up to a maximum of $20. per order.
  6. Customers must pick-up or arrange for the shipment of any completed items within two weeks of notification.
  7. We assume our customers have the rights for usage on all trademarked and/or copyrighted logos and designs submitted to us. We will assume no responsibility in any trademark or copyright infringement disputes. By purchasing from us you agree to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against us for trademark or copyright infringements related to your provided artwork.
  8. We are not responsible for damages incurred by any method of shipping. All domestic packages can be insured through the carrier.  If insurance coverage is desired the customer must request and pay for such coverage. If damage is incurred, the purchaser must contact the carrier and file a damage claim.
  9.  It’s your responsibility to understand the sizing of a particular garment to ensure it will meet your needs. Ask for sizing charts and order samples if you’re unsure.
  10. Please allow adequate time for your order.  Any indicated lead will start once you (the customer) indicate final approval. Shipping time, insurance and expedite cost should also be considered. We will do our best to meet your requirements however we shall not be held liable for any damages related to the timeliness or delivery of your order.
  11. We are in no way responsible for any consequence should you incur fines from city code enforcement or any other party related to the display of signage related products.
  12. We are not responsible for any damage caused by a sign, sticker, vinyl etc. to the applied substrate (i.e. Car, Boat, Building, Floor)
  13. We reserve the right to display on our website or store any logo or design that we print or embroider as an example of the quality of our work.  If you do not want your item used for this purpose you must let us know at the time of purchase.
  14. Digitizing services are required when you have a custom design (other than simple text) that you would like embroidered. Files that you have submitted for digitizing will only be used by us to embroider items for you and those you authorize. Embroidered items are not included in this service and must be purchased separately.  The digitized formatted files can be provided to you for a $15 service fee.
  15. Rush Services are offered for a 30% additional charge to your total order.  This fee will expedite the acquisition of materials that may be needed for your order and moves you into the production queue faster.  Shipping is not included in this fee. Actual shipping will be charged based on shipping method.
  16. Design and Layout of Signs, Banners, Awards or other imprinted object is not included unless specified.  For large format printing you should always provide vector based artwork which can be magnified without quality loss.  If you can not provide a suitable vector files please request an estimate.
